Eleanor is passionate about the benefits of Pilates as a mind-body system of movement. Eleanor really focuses on the breath and encourages the participants to harness the power of the core in each and every movement executed. Feeling a deep sense of release and uplift after one of these classes
Eleanor is available for classes, 1:1’s, private bookings for events for Pilates, Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

YOGA
Eleanor has herself had a romance with yoga since her early 20s. It has been a strong anchor through some rocky and adventurous times. Eleanor is passionate about the power of the breath to sync the mind and body while sinking the mind back into the body.
Restorative yoga is a powerful act of self-care, nurturing of the body, mind and soul. It can help soothe an anxious mind, release tension held in the body and assist with a practice of meditation or mindfulness. If you could give yourself one luxury, let this be it.
Eleanor encourages an embodied experience in her yoga classes which are warm, friendly and encouraging.

INNER SPACE
Mindfulness is important to me as a busy mum, with a creative brain (a little dyslexic) and entrepreneur in the wellness space. Yoga and Pilates have been incredibly helpful to my soul and its journey (still on that journey) my emotions and my inner strength. My classes aim to create this space for you to open up inside to make space, to release, let go and even get to know your authentic self a little more, a little deeper at each an every occasion on the mat. It is all about the PAUSE, that live saving breath. External change comes from internal awareness and change.
